EYE SPY: Street Art: Grandmother & Grandson

Eye Spy’d this piece abandoned on the corner of 79th & 1st Avenue this afternoon and gave it a home. The photo-realistic oil painting of (as I imagine it) a Grandmother and her grandson struck me as being too significant to my childhood to leave behind.

Thanks to whomever painted it and whomever threw it away. It is now where it belongs.
