EYE SPY: Where The WEIRD Things Are

I don’t even know what to say about this one – I’m speechless at the moment.

Eye Spy’d this guy yesterday on 41st & Broadway as soon as I walked out of my writing class.

Again, I’m at a loss for words.

EYE SPY: SERVICE(man)

Though my motto is “make peace not war,” I am truly greatful for the men and women that protect and serve our country.

Eye Spy’d this brave soul on my way downtown a few hours ago.

Tiger Woods’ New NIKE Commercial

As Tiger Woods returns to the sport he has revolutionized over the years, his recent controversy still looms overhead.

To show their full support of Woods and combat this, NIKE has released a new commercial with the stone-faced sports star staring into the camera while the voice of his late father narrates.

The question he poses to Tiger at the end of the commercial is simply “simply “did you learn anything?”

I think the world is about to get its answer.

Tiger, show em’ what you learned by showing what you got.

EYE SPY: Classic Kids

I was a block or two shy of my usual evening sanctuary when a moment of lonliness and dispair crept up behind me and tapped me on my shoulder in that old familiar way. It instantly reminded me of all the horrible things I’d done to myself out of lonliness like surrounding myself with momentary fillers: people, places and things. And just as I was in the midst of that moment I looked up and saw something that always grabs my attention – kids – “classic” kids to be exact.

So there I was standing before a storefront of a company that photographs children. And the portraits were beautiful. And here I am writing away that lonliness and best of all, sharing that peace with all of you.

Enjoy.

Thank you Classic Kids for lifting my spirits.
