Last night I popped over to Provocateur in the Meatpacking District to check out
the Bombay Sapphire Artisan Series hosted by TOKION Magazine.

Provacateur, the old UNO attached to the Gansevoort Hotel, was divine – providing eye candy and ambiance with their more than attractive waitress staff and amazing layout. Unortunately my phone doesn’t have flash or I would have viewable pics of works by featured artist, Jason Faulkner. But I’m sure a little google search will get you in the know.

The event had a mandatory $10 donation (I know, donations aren’t usually mandatory) benefitting Russell Simons’ “Art For Life” Foundation and though I wasn’t exactly sure what was going to be done with the funds, it felt good to know I was contributing to art preservation in some way.

The crowd, art, Dj and Bombay specialty “MASTERPIECE” drinks made the event a success.

Good work Faulkner, TOKION, & Simmons.
